Liberada, a historical figure who did not conform to gender norms, was targeted by the Inquisition. When the director falls ill, the protagonist must overcome obstacles to complete the film and do justice to the legacy of its subject. The screening will be followed by a discussion with João Ferreira, Artistic Director of the International Queer Film Festival, Queer Lisboa 29.
